frequently asked questions

Who will be attending Elevate?

Elevate is for Creative Entrepreneurs in every field. It is intended for the small business owner who is creative in nature. Examples would be but not limited to a photographer, designer, florist, or artist, retailer, e-commerce, content creator, blogger, architect and more. It is for everyone!

What is the difference between a VIP Ticket and regular registration for Elevate?

The VIP Ticket is for the attendee who wants more to their Elevate experience. This option is limited in number for those who want more education and opportunities to connect in smaller settings with speakers and other VIP attendees. VIP tickets include Masterclass opportunities offered on Monday, January 23rd and entrance to the Elevate Welcome Reception at the White Limozeen inside the Graduate Hotel. Meet the NAPCP Team, other VIPs, and Elevate speakers to kick off the beginning of an amazing experience at Elevate 2023! VIPs are also invited to say goodbye at our Farewell Party being held inside the Graduate Hotel in their animatronic karaoke bar, Cross-Eyed Critters.

Will I be able to listen to all of the Speakers or will I have to choose?

With the exception of our VIP master classes (that are only available to our VIP attendees), our attendees will have the opportunity to listen to all of the speakers!

Are there limited seats for the VIP option?

Yes. Yes. Only a limited number of VIP tickets are available. They are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Where will Elevate take place?

We will be shuttling attendees each day from the Graduate Hotel to Saint Elle, just two miles south of downtown Nashville, TN. Filled with natural light and fresh modern touches, it is an elegant space with contemporary design. It will be transformed and hand-crafted with details by our team to make the Elevate Summit an unforgettable experience for attendees.

What do I wear?

January weather in Nashville tends to be mild so we recommend clothing layers. Without there being an official dress code, we recommend comfortable yet stylish attire as you may be in a room full of photographers and branding experts. There will be lots of photographic opportunities!

What should I pack?

A 2023 Calendar: We will be Goal Planning together and creating a marketing calendar for your business.

You will want to have something to take lots of notes in. There will be a lot of education coming your way!

There will be opportunities for “shoot-outs” after hours for photographers. Bring your big-girl camera if you would like to participate!

What’s there to do in Nashville?

Come early or stay an extra day and get to know Music City and all it has to offer. You will also have your evenings free to explore Nashville. Hook up with other attendees and friends for fine-dining or sight seeing. The Graduate Hotel is just a stroll away to some of the city’s best restaurants and entertainment in the heart of Midtown.

Do I have to stay at the Graduate Hotel to attend Elevate?

Although we encourage you to stay in our block of rooms at the Graduate for ease of transportation, you are free to stay with friends or choose another hotel in Nashville.

How do we get to the venue every day?

There will be a Shuttle provided by Elevate from the Graduate Hotel that will chauffeur you to the Summit venue and back each day of the conference. Uber is another option if you want to travel to further places for dinner after-hours or choose not to stay at the Graduate Hotel.

Is the hotel included in my Elevate Registration?

No, your hotel stay should be booked separately. If booking early enough at the Graduate, use the NAPCP block of rooms for a discounted price. You may book a room for yourself or share with roommates. You are free to stay with friends or use other hotels keeping in mind that convenient shuttles to our venue will only originate at the Graduate.

Can I have a roommate at the Graduate? How do I find one?

Yes, having a roommate is so much fun! Graduate Hotel rooms are booked on your own so you can arrange to share with an old or new friend. We will have a Facebook page to help connect you with others looking for roommates if you do not already have your own.

Can I bring my family?

Each person attending the Elevate Summit will need to be registered to attend every day. However, you are welcome to bring your family to stay in the Graduate hotel and make a mini-vacation of your time in Nashville! There are plenty of fun things to do in Nashville for your family while you are taking full advantage of the Summit and our Hotel Block Discount.

Can I park my car at the Graduate Hotel?

The Graduate offers valet parking only for guests which is currently $45 + applicable tax for sedans and $55 + applicable tax for oversized vehicles, SUVs, and trucks for up to 24 hours per night of reservation, with in/out privileges. For convenience, Elevate will provide daily shuttles to Saint Elle, the summit venue. We HIGHLY recommend shuttling or Ubering to Saint Elle due to lack of parking.

What if I purchase a seat and can not attend?

Elevate Summit tickets ensure the success of our event and are non-refundable. However, you can transfer your ticket to another attendee by December 31, 2022 for a $50 transfer fee (payable to NAPCP). Contact if you encounter a problem.
